Rate and Reservation Information

 

Reservations for the winter (October 1-April 30) may be made at any time, for any length of stay

Reservations may be made for summer (May 1-Sept 30) on the following timeframe:
7+ days-one year in advance
5-6 days-starting October 1
3-4 days-starting March 1
1-2 days-starting May 1

Deposit: a 50% deposit (check or money order) is required to hold any reservation

Extra person in room over the stated room limit = $ 10.00 each.

Cancellation policy:
For stays of 7+ days, cancellation must be made 60 days in advance or deposit is forfeited
For stays of less than 7 days, cancellation must be made 30 days in advance or deposit is forfeited
